Echo Park Project

The Echo Park Project (or EPP for short) was created in 2006 by Carlo Lopez, a Latin percussionist from Brooklyn New York who wanted to recreate the legendary salsa style of that city in Southern California.

Their repertoire is a combination of 70’s cover songs and original materials, Since its creation, the band has developed a loyal following and has released two CD’s (“Retro New York Salsa” and “El Viernes Social”.)

Thanks to modern technology, and their tight swing, their music has been heard from Colombia to Japan. Presently, the EPP is working on a new recording to be released in 2014.

TriTone Asylum

So, who are we?

TriTone Asylum is a collective of Los Angeles musicians who bring together years of experience and collaboration. The instruments at our sonic core are the electric valve instrument (EVI), keyboards and/or guitar, electric bass and drums. When the need arises, we augment our sound with additional instrumentation including saxophone.

Through our interesting instrumentation, we have been privileged to develop our own style that relies on the careful creativity of the artists. From Miles to Metheny. We hope you feel as we do, at home as you experience the essence of TriTone Asylum
